Made-to-Order Policy:
Since all of our jackets are made-to-order, they are manufactured only after an order is placed. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once production has started.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Terms:
Timeframe: Our return, exchange, and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Any complaints or issues must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. We are unable to process complaints after 30 days from delivery.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the same credit card/account used during the original purchase.
Sizing Issues: If an item is returned due to a sizing issue, a full refund may not be issued as we confirm sizes once the order is placed. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Exchange Shipping Costs: In the case of an exchange, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Additional Information: During the return or exchange process, our agents may request additional photos or measurements depending on the situation.
Damaged or Used Items:
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for damaged by the customer items or items that show signs of use.
Refunds and Store Credit:
Refunds: Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. However, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Cost Deduction: If an item is returned for a refund, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Store Credit: If you return an item for a refund, you will receive the refund amount in the form of store credit to use on future purchases.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. After 48 hours, cancellations will not be accepted, as production may have already started.
Important Notes:
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer simply changes their mind.
